The front‑of‑house team delivered brilliant service. However, the game drive was horrendous; the guide was clueless, had a terrible attitude, and I won’t be returning to this lodge.

The property is idyllic, perfect for small groups or families staying together. The service was very personable, and the views overlooking the waterhole/lake were beautiful.
