My solo trip to celebrate my 40th at The St. Regis Le Morne turned out to be extraordinary. The resort itself was gorgeous, but what made it unforgettable were the people who made me feel truly welcomed, cared for, and celebrated. Marie Michelle Adelaide, At Your Service Manager, deserves special thanks for her warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness that began weeks before my arrival, making my birthday feel important to the team. Nikhil, my butler, was thoughtful, attentive, and always ready to help, making everything effortless. The rest of the butler team went above and beyond, remembering my preferences, anticipating my needs, and adding personal touches that mattered. Girish Dudhee and Nea Shibchurn also contributed to the exceptional care throughout my stay, keeping it personal rather than just a service. Riad Soyfoo, Acting Butler Service Manager, also deserves recognition for his role in the outstanding hospitality. The birthday celebrations were amazing: decorations and surprises in my suite, a massage, afternoon tea, a Bloody Mary ritual, sunset sabrage, stargazing, and a private cinema celebration. The team’s small gestures—remembering my favorite cake, offering refreshments on the fly, and ensuring I was comfortable by the pool—showed how proud they are of guest care. Loved everything.
