The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the food good. I didn’t like the view or the location.

The hotel feels fairly new and clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very polite. The spa centre is big enough, with a small relaxation area and plenty of loungers by the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is also big enough, with a jacuzzi and a children’s pool, many different loungers for every taste, large umbrellas and plenty of shade. The pools and spa area are clean. The food at the restaurant is good, and the desserts are fantastic! We had a baby, so we had many requests for high chairs, spoons, and modifications to some dishes – everything was fulfilled exactly as we asked. There are things that could be improved. At a price per night comparable to five‑star hotels from well‑known chains (Hilton and Hyatt, for example), the expectations are set very high. They fail to meet them. The breakfast is quite sparse and more like a guesthouse: the continental breakfast includes tomato, cucumber, two eggs, a handful of olives, one (!) small loaf of bread, a cheap hotel jam, half a slice of cheese, half a slice of Kashkaval, and half (!) a slice of cheap ham. And bread on the side. Otherwise coffee, ayran and yogurt for our baby were given free. The bathroom is beautiful but non‑functional. There’s a small partition that doesn’t block anything, and after the first shower you have to stand in the sink and sit on a wet toilet seat. There are ramps for strollers and an elevator, but they only reach the rooms, the restaurant and the outdoor pool. The indoor pool and spa centre are on steps and inaccessible to people with limited mobility. One day they served pizza and fries at the pool for other guests. The next day we ordered two frappes, which waited at the bar 20 minutes to pick up because they don’t serve them at the pool. They could have mentioned it when we ordered; it’s not hard to get them if you know. The housekeeping lady came to clean while our baby was sleeping at lunch, after we had been out all morning and there was a sign saying the room was free for cleaning. It was an empty hotel on a Tuesday. She didn’t offer to come back later, nor did she fix the room because we were inside. My husband asked her only to hand over the small bags from the baskets, but she entered very politely to fix them personally. Then she came a second time to bring coffee. Then a third time to give a baby wrap, which we said we didn’t need. All the time I was on the floor, trying to breastfeed and soothe a curious baby, while someone kept entering and leaving the room. I understand that her actions were driven by a good wish to be helpful and to have everything for us, but the lack of tact at that moment seriously irritated me.

We stayed with my wife on Valentine’s Day – two nights in an apartment with a hydro‑massaging bathtub, and it was the perfect choice. The room was spacious, clean, fully equipped – the jacuzzi in the room creates a special atmosphere for a romantic weekend. On February 14 we were greeted with a pleasant surprise: the room was decorated, and the hotel gave us a compliment – such small touches are memorable and very touching. The spa zone impresses with variety: there are indoor and outdoor pools, and a selection of saunas and special rooms – Finnish, Turkish, salt, herbal and others – for every taste. I especially want to note the restaurant: we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there for both days – the cuisine is excellent, portions generous, everything fresh and tasty. The staff is attentive and friendly, you feel that they care about guests. Parking on the hotel grounds is convenient, and for electric‑car owners a bonus – a free charging station. Definitely recommend to everyone!
