The place was clean and the space was wide.

The location was fine, 30 minutes walking to the Roman Colosseum, but customer service was zero—everything was done online and they never called or texted to check if we could access the apartment, and we had requested a double bed for two people but were given two separate beds, bunk beds or cots.
