“It's not a great place to visit”

Nothing that anyone would like. The information and the venue were different, and the facilities were poor.

“Stayed for a weekend while attending a wedding, lovely place to stay a few nights and lovely people.”

It was an excellent place to stay over the weekend while we attended a wedding. The units were lovely, well furnished, and kept clean. TVs with Netflix were available for downtime, and for longer stays there were open recreation areas with braai facilities. The staff were very friendly, telling us we could ask for anything we needed and helping when our car battery died on the last day as we were about to leave. The shelves and drawers in the kitchen were short of a few non‑basic items like scissors, but that’s not a big deal and everything else about the place was great.

“Peace with beautiful views”

Peaceful (when the dogs stop) with beautiful views. Too many barking dogs at the property are also intimidating; not sure people with young kids would feel comfortable.

What an amazing stay it was for myself and my family. The staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much, Joanne, for hosting us. I will definitely visit Mount Nebo again. Saying it was fantastic would be an understatement.

“Hostess with the mostess”

Joanna, the manager, was absolutely amazing—she handled everything before we even arrived, and once we got there she kept going above and beyond. She offered to drive us to the wedding venue when our car broke down, even arranged a tow if we got stuck again, and loaned me shoes because I’d left mine at home. Thanks to her, we could relax, enjoy the wedding, and feel completely taken care of. She single‑handedly turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience.
