There is no breakfast at all, not even a coffee in the morning; the facility doesn't allow you to make coffee, and there is no refrigerator anywhere to keep a drink cool. Because breakfast and coffee are missing, you have to drive to the nearest bar.

The hotel sits in a green setting, far from traffic. The room has windows and intact mosquito nets, so you can rest listening only to nature’s sounds. The furnishings are basic. Because breakfast isn’t included with the stay, we expected a coffee machine or dispenser, but there isn’t one, so we had to drive out for breakfast.

The location is superb, quiet, and surrounded by plenty of greenery. Parking is available right at the building. The room isn’t very large but it’s clean, with a comfortable, large bed. The bathroom is well equipped.

The location is ideal for visiting Narni. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
