The towels smelled fresh, the pillows and duvet were nice, the whole room had a lovely scent, very clean. However, there was no hot water in the evening, only in the morning :( and the music was very loud at 23.00.

Breakfast only included cold cuts and cheeses, no options for non‑meat eaters, but there was enough jam.

I stayed on the first floor while a loud hotel party was happening on the ground floor right below me, and the noise was unbearable, making it impossible to rest or sleep. I managed to stay in those conditions until 23:00, then I reported the issue to the staff, and only after my intervention was I moved to a room on the second floor. I think housing guests directly above a banquet hall during noisy events is unacceptable and greatly lowered my comfort.

The staff were very friendly, but the beds were very uncomfortable, the shower water pressure was weak, and the room entrance had an unpleasant smell.
