I was frustrated because almost all staff—about 99 %—didn't speak Arabic, and 98 % seemed unsure of their duties, so I had to call the police to resolve the issue.
The restaurant delivered the best service I've ever experienced.
The hotel is good and the reception service is extremely excellent.
Thanks to every staff member at this hotel: the front‑desk team, the bellhops, the housekeeping crew, and everyone else, no one was left out.
