The location was good, opposite the jetty, and the RapidPenang bus could take you easily just outside the jetty. Parking was ample. The ramp to the parking was steep and a bit small, so extra careful for SUVs and MPVs. But it’s a normal situation in Penang – they said 😁.

It was very central to George Town.

The staff were very helpful whenever there was an issue, and the hotel offered a full lift and parking. It’s close to the ferry jetty and the bus station.
