The hotel staff were extremely courteous and made my stay very enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor really added to my overall experience. I appreciated how welcoming and helpful they were throughout my visit.

The staff at this hotel were very courteous and their behavior was top-notch, which made my stay pleasant. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that my room lacked a tea-making electric kettle and a mosquito repellent machine, which would have added to my comfort. Despite these missing amenities, the staff's courtesy stood out.
