“Belle propriété”

The site is lush green, the pool is very pleasant with showers and a cloakroom that adds convenience; the owner regularly supplied fresh fruit from her garden—figs and peaches were delightful; the studio was comfortable and practical, and the overall design of the place is beautiful. We were able to bring our dog, even to the pool, but it was a pity that the price for his stay was high.

“Une excellente adresse, qui rassemble calme et modernité”

The estate is gorgeous and huge, surrounded by fruit trees, everything from the grass to the pool to the houses is impeccably kept. The host is present yet discreet, and the added convenience of secure parking inside the property is a big plus. The accommodation is modern, well‑equipped—especially the kitchen—and sits in absolute silence. A top address! The only nitpicks: no freezer in the house and the pool is closed from 12 h to 15 h. A few mosquitoes appear in the evening, which seems unavoidable in this part of Italy, as we noticed elsewhere.

“Atmosfera unica per un soggiorno in completo relax”

The property sits inside a farm in the Faenza countryside. The apartments, with their original and refined design, are placed in a very quiet, secluded area amid a large park with trees and herb‑grown plots (rosemary, sage, mint…). The studio we booked is ideal for a couple’s holiday: the bathroom is small but functional and fully equipped, the tiny living area fits a small table and a fully equipped kitchen, and the loft bed is comfortable with good pillows. Outside, a small table with chairs is near a tree, perfect for relaxing moments. The site also offers convenient parking close to the lodging. The pool—equipped with a hot‑tub—is in a zone fenced by tall hedges and separated from the lodging area. In the pool area, there are a few gazebos and a good number of loungers. Miria’s friendliness, courtesy and availability add extra value to the place and give guests the feeling of being almost “in family.” The homemade jams for breakfast and the excellent fruit always available by the pool are especially appreciated.

“Séjour au vert en Italie”

Our accommodation was very spacious, very clean and well‑equipped in a superb property. We were able to do many visits from our location and afternoon beach trips. The pool is magnificent and very large. The owner is very friendly, very attentive and her preserves and orchard fruits are delicious. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.
