The hosts were very friendly; Roger greeted us right after we arrived and helped with our luggage. The property is surrounded by many large, old trees, so we could sit in the sun and feel like we were the only ones there. In the evening we relaxed on the front porch. Breakfast options were varied and we could choose the time we wanted it. The room was lovely, featuring a large ensuite bathroom.

Breakfast was fantastic, hosts were super friendly. The room was huge and stylish, and the place is in a great spot. The mattress felt a touch firm for my taste.

Joyce and Roger were great hosts, breakfast tasty, room and bathroom spotless with all the basics. I’d give it a 10 and tell anyone in Port Dover/Simcoe to stay here.
