“Harika bir otel”
They treated me like a special guest rather than just a customer, always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast offered tasty, filling options, and the lake was only a two‑minute walk away.
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel, initially booking three nights and then extending for an extra night. The manager Sanjog and his team were fantastic; Sanjog paid close attention to everything, made us feel at home, and was constantly kind and helpful. The spot is also excellent, just a few steps from Phewa Lake and the Lakeside restaurants. Breakfast and the dinner set were delicious, and we even caught a view of the Himalayas from the roof on our last day. Thanks for everything—we’ll remember you fondly and would love to return.

From the moment I landed in Pokhara, Hotel Lake Shore went above and beyond. Sanjog, the hotel manager, picked me up from the airport, gave me a tour of the city on the way. The room was beautiful — I was upgraded to a lake-view room on a higher floor, which made every morning and evening feel like a treat. The location is ideal: quiet enough to rest properly, but within easy walking distance of the lake shore and restaurants. What makes this hotel stand out isn't just the facilities — it's the people. The staff here genuinely enjoy looking after guests. Sanjog in particular has a warmth and attentiveness that's rare. He was proactive throughout my stay, checking in at the right moments without being intrusive. Pokhara is a city I want to come back to, and when I do, I won't be looking anywhere else to stay

The balcony of the room gives a nice view of Phewa lake and the mountains. The place was calm and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The manager (Mr. Sanjog) was very helpful, booked bus tickets for us and made sure our stay was comfortable, even upgrading our room to deluxe king. All the other staff were also very friendly. The washroom sometimes got a bit smelly. No lift service available.
