The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the metro exit and a FamilyMart right downstairs. The single room was very comfortable, a 20‑inch suitcase fit perfectly, the bathroom space was satisfying, and having a bathtub was fantastic!

The room was small but worked for a solo traveler and didn’t cause any issues, and despite the central location there was no street noise, so I slept well. It’s a non‑smoking room, which I understand, yet I wish there had been a designated smoking room nearby; the whole hotel area is also smoke‑free, making it tough for smokers.
Great spot, close to everything. Easy to find. Cozy and nice. Good value.
The hotel sits just a five‑minute walk from Shinsaibashi, right by the Glico sign that makes a great photo spot, and there’s a FamilyMart downstairs so late‑night snack runs are easy. I liked that the first floor had a self‑service supply station and the twin‑room felt spacious enough to spread out my luggage, plus the bedside lamp design was handy. The cleaning could use some work – I still found a stray hair left by a previous guest in the bathroom – but everything else about the bed and the room was fine.
