“Agréable”

The location, the quiet, and the view were great. Nothing else.

The hotel sits on a quiet hill among greenery with a lovely countryside view; the spot is convenient yet only a few kilometres from the highway and Orte; breakfast was fantastic; the restaurant was truly excellent. The outdoor areas are impeccably maintained. There’s a pool with loungers, air‑conditioning, and games like ping‑pong and foosball. The TVs in the rooms are very small, and the prices are a bit high.

“Prima verblijf”

The building is gorgeous, the pool is nice, the restaurant is good, breakfast is tasty, and it’s a safe spot for bikes – even right on the bike route to Rome. The room’s air‑conditioning didn’t work, and the staff weren’t very friendly. They spoke little English, gave us minimal check‑in information, and seemed uninterested in how our stay was going.
