Location was great and close to the tram. The people working there were so nice. Our room wasn’t ready, so they offered us free drinks while we waited. The room had huge windows and nice views.

Breakfast, the staff—especially Dennis—the information they gave us about the city, and the services the hotel offers were all great. Around the area there are no services and you have to take the metro or tram.

The room was small, but I appreciated the elevators and the bathtub (I think my 3‑year‑old took about 5 baths in 2 days). The smoking porch was right next to the ramp to get to the lobby. I didn’t like having to breathe in smoke with my kiddo in her stroller to get in and out.

I liked how close the hotel was to the metro, but the room was a bit small and the windows wouldn't open.
