“Functional if you need to be in that area”

The room was roomy and the air conditioners performed well, but it wasn’t very clean. The bathroom needed descaling because of heavy soap scum buildup, and the air conditioners seemed unclean, causing us both to sneeze, sniffle, and develop itchy throats while inside the room, though we were fine after leaving. I booked the suite expecting a desk for my husband to work at, and although there was a table, the metal chairs were awful and uninviting for long use. The staff were not very friendly, and the receptionist at check‑in was unwelcoming, making us feel like a nuisance. The hotel is close to Honda Safety Park, which worked for the course I attended, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

“All in all - OK/good stay”

My stay at this hotel had its positives and negatives. On the one hand, the room was spacious and clean, with a good shower, and the staff responded promptly to my requests for cleaning and fridge maintenance. The location was also convenient, with nearby shops and a gym. However, the lady at check-in was not very friendly, and the bed was a bit hard. Additionally, the pillows were soft and flat, and I had to purchase extra pillows on my own.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel was a nightmare, and it wasn't worth the money I paid, even at a discount. The breakfast was a joke, with a different disgusting soup with ground meat every day. They wouldn't even let me cancel my breakfast order, and when I tried to speak to them about it, they barely spoke any English. The hot water was also a problem, going from scalding to freezing in just a minute.

Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by the constant noise from the traffic outside, which made it feel like I was sleeping on the street. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep, and I was really disappointed by the hotel's lack of soundproofing.
