“Nice hotel but there should not be animals allowed there”

The parking could have been better; the smell of animals was awful for such a nice hotel, the bed was itchy, and I was scared of a man walking through the hallway with his huge dog.

The accommodation was dirty and smelled damp, and the staff were not friendly at all.

The cleaning, breakfast, and location were all good, but the icemaker on floor 5 needs fixing and the laundry service was lacking.

The staff were sweet and always helpful, but they didn't change the sheets during the two nights we stayed.

Leaving. The water smells so bad you could not shower. There's a strong smell of damp in the room. The refrigerator was not cold. The TV channels did not work. There were piles of trash all around the property. Broken railings around the pool with security tape all around it. Felt like a crime scene. Pool had some weird black circle stains on the bottom of it. STILL waiting a month later for my security deposit back!!
