The staff were very willing to resolve issues and maintained special attention throughout our stay. I requested a room change and they kindly gave me a better quality room in impeccable condition. The original room was not clean, especially the bathroom, which prompted the change. Overall cleanliness in rooms and the hotel was lacking. Breakfast lacked variety and quality—from the coffee and juice to the food options—and they used recycled paper cups, giving a not very positive impression.
