The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking

I didn't like the location, the food, or the overall stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were very considerate and helpful, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed with the hotel's location, which wasn't ideal, and the hotel yard didn't look great. Additionally, the hotel didn't quite live up to the photos, which was a bit of a letdown.
I had a superb stay at this hotel, everything was great and I would highly recommend it. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience.
The view of the blackwater was great, but the rooms were disappointing and the directions to get there were confusing.
“They don’t want customers”
I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received during my stay. The staff seemed to have a poor attitude and lacked respect, which made my experience quite unpleasant. Overall, I was expecting a more welcoming and attentive service from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations.
