I had a solid stay, everything was good and nothing really stood out.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the room wasn’t cleaned when I arrived; I had to start cleaning it myself and even found used feminine products in one of the trash cans. They had multiple rooms and switched mine without telling me, only discovering it at check‑in. I still haven’t gotten a clear explanation of how they’re fixing the problem.

Nika—though I’m not sure how to spell her name—was incredibly caring, understanding, and helpful after I’d been in a house fire; staying here felt warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was good with friendly staff everywhere. I just wish there was a pool.

The staff are amazing, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops, with no real negatives.
