On arrival by car, signs directed the route nicely; the spot is well‑located for a base with roads, but a car is essential. The bed is fine, towels can be changed by laying them outside, which works well. It’s fun to chat with other B&B guests or camper renters. However, at the agreed arrival time nobody was there to greet us; after a 15‑minute wait and a WhatsApp inquiry, we were told the key was in the room and we had to figure out which room it was. On the second day we happened to meet one owner because the dog ran outside the gate, so there is a dog present, and on the third day we met the second owner by chance. We stayed two weeks, nothing was cleaned in between, and we had to change the bed ourselves on request. Trash must be disposed of by us. The shower drain doesn’t work well, so the shower sometimes overflows. The room isn’t large, which is fine, but besides a few hangers there’s no storage for clothes. The outside door didn’t close properly. Overall, a small disappointment for us; we had higher expectations.
