The location was great, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the other guests in the building didn’t show any consideration for others.

Everything was great! A very friendly lady on the phone, a free upgrade and early check‑in. Everything was perfect and very cozy, and the location was ideal for the train station. I’d definitely come back!
