The location, room, and local people were very welcoming, but there are four floors and no elevator.

The spot was convenient, yet the third floor had no elevator, making it tough for older guests; staff didn’t help with luggage, and the check‑in process was confusing. When we left at nine in the morning, the reception was empty, and neither the café nor the restaurant was open, so we couldn’t have breakfast.

The spot was convenient, the room and bathroom were nicely decorated and up-to-date, and the bed was comfy. However, there was no air conditioning, so when I arrived it was hot, but it cooled down enough at night to be fine.
