Located adjacent to New World and Harakeke shopping complex, it's an easy walk to cafes, shops, and restaurants. Rooms range from studio units for two people to spacious family units for four to five people, with kitchenettes and free unlimited fibre internet.

The room was very basic and overpriced.

When we arrived, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut—it wouldn’t even fit into the frame. I spoke to reception, and they explained that a recent flood had expanded the wooden frame and it was still waiting to be fixed. It wasn’t a huge issue for us as a couple, but we wish we had been told about it beforehand.
