Everything was great.

The pool was nice, but the bed felt uncomfortable, the air‑conditioning was loud, and the motel looked old. Every door was locked so I had to locate someone to open things, which made me feel unsafe in a bad area.

I liked the location, but the carpet in my room was awful and should be replaced.

The pool was fine, but the room was filthy, never properly cleaned, and had bed bugs. The bathroom fan and light were broken. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I have a service dog, yet they didn’t know the rules and tried to force me to bring her to my room while I was in the pool, even though she is allowed on the deck but not in the pool. Their snarkiness upset me and I felt I wasted my money.
