“Definitely not booking here ANYMORE!”

The hotel is close to Walmart and Sam’s Club, but I’ve stayed elsewhere before; the hot tub was broken and they only told me after I swiped my card. Breakfast was fine, but it was very noisy—people above me were jumping and stomping, and the elevator was out of service.

The front‑desk lady and the breakfast staff were both fantastic, but our room floor was drenched from the window sill all the way to the middle of the bed because of a rainstorm that hit us the next morning; it was soaking wet and I’d like to know if we can get a refund or a free room on our next visit.

“Una opción excelente!!”

A solid choice in Aurora; I arrived at midnight exhausted after a 17‑hour flight and Ty greeted me, very kind, professional and efficient, walking me through every detail of the stay. The room was well equipped, with good sheets, towels and toiletries. Breakfast is simple yet covers all the basics. The pool and spa are very nice. It’s a pretty, comfortable and quiet hotel. Extra note: the spectacular coffee machine right at the entrance lets you brew coffee any way you like 24 hours a day, saving me trips to Starbucks. I’d definitely return.
