The location was spot‑on, everything was spotless and the food was delicious, with nothing at all to complain about.

The spot was great, in a quiet area near Špindlerův Mlýn. I appreciated how peaceful and relaxing it was, plus the views were amazing. The staff were very helpful and always ready to make the stay excellent. The food was superb, both breakfast and dinner—definitely recommend having dinner or breakfast with a view.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in a spacious, clean, and well‑equipped apartment. The whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved the beautiful wellness area and the bowling alley. We’ll definitely come back!

The terrace and dining room offered beautiful views, there were saunas and animals around the hotel, but the breakfast selection was very weak and refills were slow.
