The staff were very friendly, everything was clean and in excellent condition. The other guests in the hallway were quite pleasant, but not annoying.

The fact that it’s in a great location. In the room, I would put a small hotel fridge to avoid having to go down to the ground‑floor common area, which has a strong mold smell inside.
The building has a very distinctive character in Viterbo’s historic centre. The host is very available.

The facilities were medieval. There were many stairs, no elevator, and a slight musty smell in the common area.
