The staff were friendly, but the bathroom is old and the staircase to the rooms has a worn carpet that needs renovation.

Everything was simple, the staff were very kind, and I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly, the dining area was cozy, and the kitchen was excellent, but the rooms are already very old.

“a éviter, une grande déception”

The reception was unhelpful, there was no arrangement for late arrivals, the rooms were unclean, and I do not recommend this place for the following reasons: the hotel was closed between 2 pm and 6 pm with a German-only key code (no English), payment was required immediately upon arrival and even before handing over the room keys – a first for me and quite shocking, there was no hotel service at all, it was just a restaurant doing “hotel” work as an add‑on, there was no phone in the room to call reception for any emergency, no bottled water, no glass to drink from without having to use the bottle’s neck, the toilet towels were minimal and dark so they didn’t have to be washed after each guest, the shower was impossible – no hot water due to the obvious economic policy of the owner, there was no hair dryer, only one pillow on a double bed which was uncomfortable for watching a movie on a laptop, the bathroom facilities (very old SBS) were minimal, the room comfort was minimal, breakfast was sparse, the staff were very cold and not friendly, the carpet on the entry staircase was very dirty and worn, and overall the impression was that the owner was stingy and did very little, so it’s not a place I’d return to.
