I was utterly let down by the host’s lack of professionalism. We reached out long before check‑in using the contact details she gave, but got nothing back. We thought she might be unavailable or asleep, yet she still didn’t reply the next day. No communication, no check‑in instructions, no explanation, no apology for the hassle. We only got a partial refund, even though the whole problem stemmed from her failure to communicate. This caused needless stress and inconvenience. I expect a full refund and hope this issue is fixed so future guests don’t suffer the same fate. I would not recommend booking with this host.

We booked 2 rooms and no one is responding to us thru call or messages payment go thru. We are unable to stay at the property because we dont have any details nor the key of the room. It is so frustrating that we just lost the money that werent able to used at all

We’re still waiting for a refund because the property doesn’t exist at the address given. The information was false.
