“Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal.”

The room was huge and in excellent condition, complete with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet – that was great! The bed was very comfortable, the blanket light yet warm. Breakfast was fantastic, very abundant with a wide selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and fulfilled our requests quickly.

“Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder”

We had a wonderful time. Judith from the reservations team was a gem, giving us many useful tips over the phone and taking our preferences into account when choosing the room. Sophie from the breakfast service was excellent, very attentive and helpful, and served us wonderfully throughout breakfast time. Both deserve big praise and a heartfelt thank you! A minor critique: housekeeping left coffee pods empty for two days and no turndown service was provided on the last evening.
