“Модерний задум, але кульгає сервіс, стан капсул і місткість спільних зон”

The concept was genuinely modern, and the on‑site café “Grain” was the only thing that pleasantly surprised me: the food was tasty, the portions were generous, and it looked exactly like the pictures. However, there was a mix‑up with towels and service: we had asked in advance whether everything was ready and available, yet when we checked in at night they simply didn’t hand us any towels. Instead of correcting the mistake and giving us a larger towel for free, they told us we could buy one for 70 UAH. The basic towels, while not tiny, are barely enough to wash your face and wrap yourself, and it’s hard to dry off properly after a shower. The staff’s attitude toward the error left a sour taste. The capsule was in bad shape: a broken table inside and QR codes that didn’t work. The hostel is meant for 50+ people, but there is a catastrophic lack of space in the lounge and kitchen. Eating elsewhere is strictly forbidden, so having a proper snack is a real challenge. Navigation is difficult because the building is only about three years old and many of the signs and placards have already faded, making it hard to figure out where everything is at first glance.
