Even though it’s a self‑managed hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is pretty, just two blocks from the beach, with hot water and a pool. It’s cool, and it’s a seven‑minute walk to the city center. They provide good‑priced tour and activity information. The air‑conditioning unit hadn’t been checked before we arrived, so when we tried to pay to use it it didn’t work; they fixed it the next day and helped us with other things that day. TV reception was weak, but if you’re going to the place you probably won’t need to turn it on.

The staff were very friendly, everything was spotless, and it’s a quiet spot where you can rest well, close to the beach and shops. It’s wonderful that it has air conditioning. The mattresses weren’t the best.

The hotel is quiet and close to the beach, and the outdoor kitchen is handy for preparing meals.
