“An excellent business hotel in Hangzhou with a great location and outstanding hospitality.”

The location is spot‑on for business, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout, and the whole hotel was spotless. The view from the room was a great bonus on top of an already impressive stay. Nothing to mention, the hotel delivered on all fronts and met every expectation for a business trip. Everything ran smoothly and we had no complaints whatsoever.

“Verder hotel en locatie zeer prettig, personeel kan beter”

The location and the hotel are in good condition. The fact that there isn’t always someone who can speak English is a real issue. It’s also hard to speak Chinese. I think an international hotel chain should have that covered.

“Good place to stay”

For the price, I thought it was a good deal - the place seemed fine and it was easy to get around from here. That being said, if you look closely, you can tell it's had a lot of guests over the years. Not surprising, really, given that business hotels in China often feel a bit worn out.
