The location near ICC Pudu was very convenient, and the room was large. However, there were several problems: 1) The front desk had no staff, so guests had to find the mailbox room themselves to get the key. 2) Luggage couldn’t be stored after check‑out. 3) Many small cockroaches were in the room. 4) No bottled water was provided. 5) The outlet outside the bathroom was faulty, which burned a power strip. 6) There was only one double bed, so a third person would have to sleep on the floor.

“Nicht buchen - Kakerlaken”

The place was infested with cockroaches everywhere—kitchen, living room, on the table and even on the sofa—totally disgusting and unhygienic. After just one night we cut our stay short, even though we’d paid 5, and have been waiting for a refund ever since. The owners were aware, as they had empty cockroach traps scattered around, but they kept quiet about it. Since we complained, they’re unreachable and unresponsive. On top of that, the apartment door was broken and impossible to open, so I’d strongly advise against booking.

The bed, toilet and air‑conditioner were fine. However, the room was only suitable for a couple to sleep; the TV was unusable, and the photo we booked didn’t match the actual room. I hope they can fix these issues in future listings.

The location was great, right in the Chinese district, so eating and drinking was a breeze. The downside was the sheer number of cockroaches—though the owner had tried to block the water outlet, the little ones were everywhere.

The pool offered beautiful views, but the Wi‑Fi simply didn’t work.
