The staff were very friendly and professional, they arranged for our car to be parked safely and gave us useful local information, and everything was fine.

The hotel is very central, the old town is within walking distance, and there are several shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby; the staff are extremely courteous, the breakfast is good, and the tea is excellent. The building doesn’t look particularly attractive from the outside, but the service is solid. The staff park the car for you because the elevator is narrow. The bed was wobbly, and there were no seating options on the balcony.
