The location in central Holesov is good, but the lack of air‑conditioning forced us to open the window, creating unbearable noise at night. The fan was merely decorative and added more noise. There was no water or kettle in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4‑star standard. Breakfast was held in a basement with two tables of eight chairs each and two barrels of beer beside each table. With only eight people, movement was difficult, the espresso machine broke for two days, and the second breakfast lacked items.

The hotel was nicely renovated, the room was pretty, clean, and the breakfast was sufficient. However, nobody was available at the reception when we needed help.
The place was comfortable, luxurious, and the high ceilings were very tastefully decorated.
The accommodation is nice with good rooms. Parking at the hotel is by card, so parking is easy. The room is spacious. The staff is friendly. Nearby there are many places to eat, get ice cream, or walk in the park. The room was extremely hot, and one fan didn’t help. It’s a shame that such a nicely renovated hotel has no air‑conditioning. On the last day, breakfast was moved elsewhere and coffee wasn’t available. The baby cot had crumbs from previous guests. Even though we requested cleaning, no one cleaned or took out the trash.
