From the moment I arrived, the service was flawless; the entire team—front office manager, F&B crew, and everyone else—was warm, professional, and attentive. A special shout‑out to our personal room butler for his exceptional care throughout the trip. Every meal was a delight, and the staff made the whole experience unforgettable. I’d recommend this place to anyone heading to Zanzibar and would love to return! 🤍

The place is beyond praise; the grounds are gorgeous and the staff are attentive, and the spa massage master named Asu is simply outstanding. The only downside is the tides, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
