The location is good, the room is spacious, the Wi‑Fi is solid, the hot water pressure in the shower is perfect, and the housekeeping is excellent. However, I had to change rooms three times before check‑in because every place was heavily smoked; the soundproofing is poor, so I could hear the nearby restaurant at night, and the mattress was too firm.

The hotel feels impersonal, the staff don’t speak English so any communication requires a translator—when a hotel wants to attract tourists, they should learn English! The bed is very hard, there’s no mattress topper, and the bathroom floods every shower because it’s poorly designed: the drain is outside the shower, so you have to mop up at the hotel. There’s no laundry service. In short, the service is minimal.

The hotel is new, clean, and right in the center, making it easy to get around.

The accommodation is clean, well‑equipped, and the staff are attentive, especially the security guards who are very enthusiastic. The only issue is the lack of a proactive plan for power outages.
