The location was only semi‑close to the venue we attended. I did not receive the “Sea View” that I had booked. The bathroom had no amenities, not even a plastic cup, and the bath towel had blood stains. During check‑in, the clerk made several inappropriate remarks to my wife, I had to ask for the WiFi password multiple times, and he simply took my phone to enter it, giving no further information.
