“The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but several basic facilities and comfort issues made our stay less pleas”

The room was fairly clean and the staff were courteous and polite, so overall the condition was acceptable. However, we ran into several problems: the bathroom sliding door was broken and couldn’t lock properly, and there was no soap or conditioner. Basic items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and cotton swabs were sold separately. After using the shampoo, my hair became extremely dry and tangled. We were two guests but only received one set of bedding. Noise from upstairs persisted even around 1 a.m. The room’s tiny window and dim lighting caused eye strain and a headache. The breakfast area was poorly ventilated, and within about 10 minutes of eating, my clothes and body smelled strongly of cooking oil and food.

The room was excellent, featuring a large bathtub, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff were great and the place offered good value for money.

“Great rooms and great location and friendly staff”

The room was incredible and the location was great! We visited Everland and the station is a 5‑minute walk. Nothing to complain about.
