Situated in Munich’s center, Pension Seibel is a five‑minute walk from Marienplatz. The family‑run hotel features Bavarian country‑house rooms with minibars, cable TV, and wooden accents. Guests receive a breakfast buffet in a rustic dining room, plus packed lunches and room service. A 24‑hour reception, tour desk, on‑site shops, and the Reichenbachplatz tram stop (50 m) ensure city and airport connections.

The staff were nice, but the shower head didn’t point downwards.

The location was good, breakfast was generally in order though it varied from day to day, some days were better than others; towels were new, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the staff were friendly and orderly. However, the place needed a few extra hands, a bit of paint, more maintenance, newer or restored furniture, and the reception staff should improve their German.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Haus und das Zimmer - sehr reparaturbedürftig. Wände und stiegenhaus sehr schlecht. Bitte ältere Personen nicht im 4. Stock unterbringen. Sehr anstrengend. Wie oben schon geschrieben. Lage war sehr gut. Frühstück gut und ausreichend
