The staff's English was pretty poor, which made things a bit tricky. Not ideal, especially if you're not fluent. That's my main gripe, really.

This hotel is super convenient, being close to the exhibition hall and with easy access to subway lines 2 and 4. But, I was really disappointed with the lounge - it was supposed to be a lounge but there wasn't any lounge service. And during the exhibition period, breakfast was chaotic, especially between 8 and 9 am. The staff were overwhelmed, so I had to sit at a messy table and there weren't enough dishes to go around. Overall, it felt like a second-rate hotel.

The accommodation was really good, but the building itself is pretty old.

I had a bit of a problem with my booking - even though I was booked until April 28th, they blocked my card on the 26th and wouldn't unblock it until I paid. I checked out on April 27th and they said they'd refund the difference, but I haven't seen the money yet.
