“It was clean everyone was friendly, I was comfortable, but facilities need updating and or repairs”

The facility was clean and the bed comfortable, but many items such as chairs and walls were rather worn.

“Horrible”

There was nothing positive to mention. The hotel claimed to be Pet Friendly but only for dogs, not cats; after a 7‑hour drive we were told our reservation was canceled and we had to find another place. The lobby desk only listed “Pet Friendly” without specifying cats or dogs, and the manager, Hope Sartain, sent an email with the same outdated policy. When I asked her, she sent an “updated policy” that said no cats, but it was too late. My wife also noted that the lobby and restaurant areas were not clean, with leftover food particles and worn or torn furniture.

We booked with a pet but received no further information; after a long day of travel with three kids, we were told our pet was too big, forcing us to find another hotel at the last minute during a football game weekend—nightmare.

There was nothing positive to report. Most staff were rude, everything was dirty, and it stunk.
