“Long”
The staff were outstanding.
Good value for money, although it’s definitely not a 4‑star property. The rooms are large and the bathroom is roomy. The air‑conditioning works efficiently. The rooms could use a light refresh.
“Foi razoável. Mas a relação qualidade / preço é muito baixa. Garantidamentw não é um hotel de 4 estrelas.”
The sheets matched the size of the room and the bed layout. The décor was lacking. The building needs modernization, and the photos don’t match reality. Breakfast was weak (flavorless fruit) with few options, especially vegetarian. The carpets are from the last century and the sofas have many stains. The gym also needs improvements, and the location isn’t excellent.
The front‑desk staff were excellent, and the café and housekeeping were just as good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great. The bathroom was huge, but the shower stall was poorly lit and had water pooling – a minor detail. I really liked the hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and gave a perfect level of service, and the rooms were super comfortable and very clean.
