The location and staff are perfect, but the walls are so thin that we couldn't sleep well, and plugging in our charger creates a horrible noise that reaches the rooms next to us.

The location is good, but the building feels old and lacks sound insulation.

Very friendly staff, useful extras you can buy from fridge (e.g. beers), cute turtles with nice outdoor space, friendly hotel cat, extremely comfy beds, spacious rooms, everything very clean, great showers/bathroom. Check in machine outside did not work and was tricky to find a member of staff to help but found one and it worked out in the end. Would be useful to have a way of summoning the night porter more easily

The turtles and the hotel’s location are great, but the room is a bit worn, though the value for money is still good.
