The mattresses were too soft and kept shifting toward the center.

The location was great, but the room had a very slanted ceiling that made getting in and out of bed almost impossible, the curtains were stuck in the tracks, and there weren't enough towels.

The setting was nice, yet the rooms showed a lot of wear, the bathroom didn’t look clean, the reception toilets were filthy, and everything seemed fancy but was poorly maintained and dirty.
