The service is the highlight – staff are attentive to guests’ needs and open to suggestions. The breakfast is good, with fresh cakes, bread and fruit. The parking gate could use a direct intercom to the front desk instead of a simple bell, but otherwise it’s fine.

The room was spotless and the breakfast spread was surprisingly good for the price, with fresh fruit and hot options. Staff were always around when I needed anything, which made checking in and out a breeze. All in all, a tidy place that delivered on the basics.

I ran into a lot of frustration with the front desk; the staff seemed disinterested and took forever to handle simple requests. Even basic questions were met with curt answers, which left a sour impression despite the decent location. I wouldn’t recommend it if you value good service.

The morning shift really saved the day—friendly, quick, and ready to help with anything from extra towels to directions. Unfortunately, the night staff were the opposite, slow to respond and a bit rude when I called for assistance. It’s a mixed bag depending on the time you show up.

“Hotel simples, limpo, mas com colchão ruim. Não vale o preço que paguei”

The hotel’s spot is spot‑on, within walking distance of the main attractions and public transport. However, the bed was a nightmare; the mattress was old, sagging, and completely misshapen, making it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. Location wins, comfort loses.
