The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, it was marred by a flood on 27 May 2025 that caused significant damage. I was surprised not to be notified about it, especially since I had been in touch with them just a couple of days before my stay. Despite the issues, the hotel's proximity to the city center was a major plus.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, from check-in to check-out everything was top-notch. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were all in good working order. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.

It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed with a group of school kids that evening, and the food was pretty basic and cafeteria-style. Breakfast and dinner were also a letdown.
